Who is Joe Lieberman?

Senator Joe Lieberman spoke well at the Republican Convention, but where does he stand?  When the Republicans helped him win back his Senate seat, he still sided and voted with the Democrats.  He had the choice of partnering with the Republicans, but did not.  So why is he now supporting John McCain and not the inexperienced Obama?

Joe Lieberman told the American public that Obama is not ready for "prime time" and that he would be a very bad pick for President.  He supports the experience of John McCain and the values of Americans.  He thinks that Obama would be a bad selection due to his liberal and radical views on the economy, military, health care, and foreign policy.

I congratulate Senator Lieberman on his speech, but question his motive and personal values when it comes to teaming with the Democrats in the US Senate.  I encourage Senator Lieberman to partner with the Republicans to block all of the liberal and anti-American bills that are promoted by the Democrats.  We need US Senators that put "America First".
