Senator McCain on Illegal Immigration

Senator McCain still does not get it! The American public is frustrated with politicians that cater to illegal immigrants. Senator McCain just gave a welcome and open borders speech to a racist Hispanic group in order to get their votes. As Republicans around the country prepare to nominate U.S. Sen. John McCain as their presidential candidate, the party faces the challenge of proving that it can continue to govern in the face of great challenges at home and abroad. This includes protecting our own borders and stopping the influx of 10,000 illegal immigrants and terrorists a day. The terrorist threat to our national security and the need to reinvigorate our economy at home will form much of the basis of Senator McCain’s campaign for the presidency. Our party must also respond and explain to the American people how these issues encompass key concerns about illegal immigration, the environment and the quality of our life in our communities. Local communities are failing due to the adverse affects of illegal immigration from over crowded schools, bankrupt hospitals, increased crime, identity theft, to citizenship of illegal immigrant babies. I encourage Senator McCain to rethink his position of illegal immigration. We need our borders secured, a true guest worker program, and NO CITIZENSHIP to those who have broken our laws.
