Congrats to the Republican Party on their decision on not counting illegal immigrants in OUR US Census. This is one of the ways that Democrats cheat and commit voter fraud. Maryland is an example--Governor Martin O'Malley provided illegals with a driver's license, then they get an ID card from CASA, use CASA's address for their bills and then CASA helps them register to vote.
The 2008 Republican platform says the makeup of Congress should be determined by counting only those legally residing in the United States in the next census. No other country in the world lets illegal immigrants vote in their elections and determine policy.

Michael Phelps has been unbelieveable at the Olympics. He is the best swimmer ever and is a very nice person and son. He has dedicated his life to swimming and his family. Governor O'Malley should honor him and his work ethics as a model for all young men and women in our state.

'WHO AM I'*
I was born in one country, raised in another.
My father was born in another country.
I was not his only child.
He fathered several children with numerous women.
I became very close to my mother, as my father showed no interest in me.
My mother died at an early age from cancer.
Although my father deserted me and my mother raised me,
I later wrote a book idolizing my father not my mother.
Later in life, questions arose over my real name.
My birth records were sketchy.
No one was able to produce a legitimate, reliable birth certificate.
I grew up practicing one faith but converted to Christianity,
as it was widely accepted in my new country, but I practiced non-traditional beliefs and didn't follow Christianity,
except in the public eye under scrutiny.
I worked and lived among lower-class people as a young adult, disguising myself as someone who really cared about them.
That was before I decided it was time to get serious about my life and I embarked on a new career.
I wrote a book about my struggles growing up.
It was clear to those who read my memoirs,
that I had difficulties accepting that my father abandoned me as a child.
I became active in local politics in my 30's then,
with help behind the scenes, I literally burst onto the scene as a candidate for national office in my 40s.
They said I had a golden tongue and could talk anyone into anything.
I had a virtually non-existent resume, little work history,
and no experience in leading a single organization.
Yet I was a powerful speaker and citizens were drawn to me,
as though I were a magnet and they were small roofing tacks.
I drew incredibly large crowds during my public appearances. This bolstered my ego.
At first, my political campaign focused on my country's foreign policy...
I was very critical of my country in the last war,
and seized every opportunity to bash my country.
But what launched my rise to national prominence were my
views on the country's economy.
I pretended to have a really good plan on how we could do better, and every poor person would be fed and housed for free.
I knew which group was responsible for getting us into this mess.
It was the free market, banks and corporations.
I decided to start making citizens hate them and,
if they became envious of others who did well,
the plan was clinched tight.
I called mine "A People's Campaign".
That sounded good to all people.
I was the surprise candidate because I emerged from outside
the traditional path of politics and was able to gain
widespread popular support.
I knew that, if I merely offered the people 'hope',
together we could change our country and the world.
So, I started to make my speeches sound like they were on
behalf of the downtrodden, poor, ignorant to include "persecuted minorities".
My true views were not widely known and I kept them unknown, until after I became my nation's leader.
I had to carefully guard reality, as anybody could have easily found out what I really believed, if they had simply read my writings and examined those people I associated with.
I'm glad they didn't.
Then I became the most powerful man in the world.
And the world learned the truth.
Who am I?

8th Circuit Affirms the Right of Communities to Enforce our Nation's Immigration Laws
Today, in a 3-0 decision, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld local ordinances enacted to discourage illegal immigration and protect business owners.
The case, Gray v. Valley Park, Missouri involved a small suburb of St. Louis, which passed an ordinance requiring businesses to use a federal worker verification program known as E-Verify in order to maintain a business license. The law was challenged in court by a coalition assembled by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund (MALDEF). Valley Park was represented against the ACLU and MALDEF attacks by the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI), the legal arm of the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), lead by its senior counsel Kris Kobach.
In upholding the lower decision, the appellate court affirmed that:
Communities and local municipalities are within their rights to pass ordinances requiring businesses to sign up for E-verify on pain of losing their business licenses;
On appeal, having lost at the trial level, the ACLU attorneys were unable to show their plaintiffs had suffered no "injury in fact."
In reviewing the facts, the appellate court was puzzled as to why the ACLU even brought the case and dismissed their second complaint with prejudice. Nor did the court understand why the ACLU claimed the ordinance pertains to the hiring of Hispanic workers, when in fact, said the court, the ordinance in question "addresses the employment of illegal aliens, not Hispanics."
According to Mike Hethmon, IRLI General Counsel, "this is an important decision of nationwide significance. Once again Professor Kobach has helped a small town defend its integrity and values when Washington refused to do its job. The court held that local jurisdictions can and should enact ordinances that are consistent with the national desire to discourage illegal immigration," he said. "The citizens should feel particularly justified that the court recognized the manipulative nature of the plaintiff's strategy. We have been facing trumped up opposition from MALDEF and the ACLU in courts all over the country. This time they got caught in the act," Hethmon concluded.
E-Verify must be used by all government agencies, all companies, and all industries. This will enable American citizens to obtain jobs and help stop illegal immigration. The US Congress must fully fund this program and make it a federal requirement.

1. Why is Obama good for the economy?
Obama and his liberal Democrat friends are BAD for the economy and are NOT business-friendly. They want to punish businesses and successful Americans so they can “spread the wealth”. Obama is supported by trial lawyers and unions—enemies of business and the free market. It is the fault of reckless elected Democrats who modified the business policies so people who were not qualified got loans.

Dr. Charles Krauthammer
1. Mr. Obama is a very intellectual, charming individual. He is not to be
underestimated. He is a cool customer who doesn't show his emotions. It's
very hard to know what's behind the mask. The taking down of the
Clinton dynasty by a political neophyte was an amazing accomplishment.
The Clintons still do not understand what hit them. Obama was in the perfect
place at the perfect time.
2. Obama has political skills comparable to Reagan and Clinton. He has a way
of making you think he's on your side, agreeing with your position, while
doing the opposite. Pay no attention to what he SAYS; rather, watch what he
DOES!
3. Obama has a ruthless quest for power. He did not come to Washington to
make something out of himself, but rather to change everything, including
dismantling capitalism. He can’t be straightforward on his ambitions, as the
public would not go along. He has a heavy hand, and wants to level the
playing field with income redistribution and punishment to the achievers of
society. He would like to model the USA to Great Britain or Canada .
4. His three main goals are to control ENERGY, PUBLIC EDUCATION, and
NATIONAL HEALTHCARE by the Federal government. He doesn't care about the
auto or financial services industries, but got them as an early bonus. The
cap and trade will add costs to everything and stifle growth. Paying for
FREE college education is his goal. Most scary is his healthcare program,
because if you make it FREE and add 46,000,000 people to a Medicare-type
single-payer system, the costs will go through the roof. The only way to
control costs is with massive RATIONING of services, like in Canada . God
forbid!
5. He has surrounded himself with mostly far-left academic types. No one
around him has ever even run a candy store. But they are going to try and
run the auto, financial, banking and other industries. This obviously can’t
work in the long run. Obama is not a socialist; rather he's a far-left
secular progressive bent on nothing short of revolution. He ran as a
moderate, but will govern from the hard left. Again, watch what he does, not
what he says.
6. Obama doesn’t really see himself as President of the United States , but
more as a ruler over the world. He sees himself above it all, trying to
orchestrate & coordinate various countries and their agendas. He sees
moral equivalency in all cultures. His apology tour in Germany and
England was a prime example of how he sees
America , as an imperialist nation that has been arrogant, rather than a
great noble nation that has at times made errors. This is the
first President ever who has chastised our allies and appeased our enemies!
7. He is now handing out goodies. He hopes that the bill (and pain) will not
come due until after he is reelected in 2012. He would like to blame all
problems on Bush from the past, and hopefully his successor in the future.
He has a huge ego, and Dr. Krauthammer believes he is a narcissist.
8. Republicans are in the wilderness for a while, but will emerge strong.
Republicans are pining for another Reagan, but there will never be another
like him. Krauthammer believes Mitt Romney, Tim Pawlenty & Bobby Jindahl
(except for his terrible speech in February) are the future of the
party. Newt Gingrich is brilliant, but has baggage. Sarah Palin is sincere
and intelligent, but needs to really be seriously boning up on facts and
info if she is to be a serious candidate in the future. We need to return to
the party of lower taxes, smaller government, personal responsibility,
strong national defense, and state’s rights.
9. The current level of spending is irresponsible and outrageous. We are
spending trillions that we don’t have. This could lead to hyperinflation,
depression or worse. No country has ever spent themselves into prosperity.
The media is giving Obama, Reid and Pelosi a pass because they love their
agenda. But eventually the bill will come due and people will realize the
huge bailouts didn’t work, nor will the stimulus package. These were
trillion-dollar payoffs to Obama’s allies, unions and the Congress to
placate the left, so he can get support for #4 above.
10. The election was over in mid-September when Lehman brothers failed, fear
and panic swept in, we had an unpopular President, and the war was grinding
on indefinitely without a clear outcome. The people are in pain, and the
mantra of change caused people to act emotionally. Any Dem would have won
this election; it was surprising it was as close as it was.
11. In 2012, if the unemployment rate is over 10%, Republicans will be swept
back into power. If it's under 8%, the Dems continue to roll. If it's
between 8-10%, it will be a dogfight. It will all be about the economy. I
hope this gets you really thinking about what's happening in Washington and
Congress. There is a left-wing revolution going on, according to
Krauthammer, and he encourages us to keep the faith and join the
loyal resistance. The work will be hard, but we’re right on most issues and
can reclaim our country, before it's far too late.
The above comments are a great observation for American citizens to consider.

Below is an article in the Washington Times on how the ACLU and Open-Border Mexican groups target American citizens who try to protect their property against illegal immigrants. The US Department of Justice and Homeland Security are not protecting Americans against the invasion of millions of illegals. Why?
16 illegals sue Arizona rancher
Jerry Seper (Contact)
An Arizona man who has waged a 10-year campaign to stop a flood of illegal immigrants from crossing his property is being sued by 16 Mexican nationals who accuse him of conspiring to violate their civil rights when he stopped them at gunpoint on his ranch on the U.S.-Mexico border.
Roger Barnett, 64, began rounding up illegal immigrants in 1998 and turning them over to the U.S. Border Patrol, he said, after they destroyed his property, killed his calves and broke into his home.
His Cross Rail Ranch near Douglas, Ariz., is known by federal and county law enforcement authorities as "the avenue of choice" for immigrants seeking to enter the United States illegally.
Trial continues Monday in the federal lawsuit, which seeks $32 million in actual and punitive damages for civil rights violations, the infliction of emotional distress and other crimes. Also named are Mr. Barnett's wife, Barbara, his brother, Donald, and Larry Dever, sheriff in Cochise County, Ariz., where the Barnetts live. The civil trial is expected to continue until Friday.
The lawsuit is based on a March 7, 2004, incident in a dry wash on the 22,000-acre ranch, when he approached a group of illegal immigrants while carrying a gun and accompanied by a large dog.
Attorneys for the immigrants - five women and 11 men who were trying to cross illegally into the United States - have accused Mr. Barnett of holding the group captive at gunpoint, threatening to turn his dog loose on them and saying he would shoot anyone who tried to escape.
The immigrants are represented at trial by the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF), which also charged that Sheriff Dever did nothing to prevent Mr. Barnett from holding their clients at "gunpoint, yelling obscenities at them and kicking one of the women."
In the lawsuit, MALDEF said Mr. Barnett approached the group as the immigrants moved through his property, and that he was carrying a pistol and threatening them in English and Spanish. At one point, it said, Mr. Barnett's dog barked at several of the women and he yelled at them in Spanish, "My dog is hungry and he's hungry for buttocks."
The lawsuit said he then called his wife and two Border Patrol agents arrived at the site. It also said Mr. Barnett acknowledged that he had turned over 12,000 illegal immigrants to the Border Patrol since 1998.
In March, U.S. District Judge John Roll rejected a motion by Mr. Barnett to have the charges dropped, ruling there was sufficient evidence to allow the matter to be presented to a jury. Mr. Barnett's attorney, David Hardy, had argued that illegal immigrants did not have the same rights as U.S. citizens.
Mr. Barnett told The Washington Times in a 2002 interview that he began rounding up illegal immigrants after they started to vandalize his property, northeast of Douglas along Arizona Highway 80. He said the immigrants tore up water pumps, killed calves, destroyed fences and gates, stole trucks and broke into his home.

Obama's Aunt
Surprise, surprise--Obama's aunt is granted asylum from Kenya.
I have traveled to Kayna and there are no political actions that would justify this asylum action. Kanya is a great place to live and they have a very good tourist industry. If the country is safe for tourists, why is it not safe for Obama's aunt?
His aunt, Zeituni Onyango, has been in the United States since 2000 and has been illegal and living in public housing---paid for my the American tax payer.
Why have her hearing been closed to the public and why has the "court" given her asylum? I guess that if Obama gives Mexicans a free ride to our country--why not his aunt? I assume that this is "hope and change" and transparency....

What are real metrics and not just "puff"? The goal of this administration is ANMESTY for 20 million illegals.
What should be measured:
1. Number of illegals that get across the border
2. Number of human traffickers
3. Number of drug runners
4. Amount of drugs coming across the border
5. Number of local and state agencies assisting under 287 (g)
6. Number of Day Labor Centers across America
7. Number of Consular offices opened by Mexico and other Central/South American countries
8. Number of country origins of illeglas arrested
9. Correct number of miles of fence that are built to specification
10. Number of actual agents on the border
11. Number of cameras, UAVs, and sensors on the border
12. Coordination with ICE on arresting illegals and business owners who give them jobs
Napolitano pronounces US border more secure now
By SUZANNE GAMBOA (AP)
WASHINGTON — The Obama administration has met many of the border
security benchmarks Congress set in 2007 as a prerequisite to
immigration reform and now it's time to change the law, Homeland
Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said Friday.
Napolitano, designated by President Barack Obama to lead the
administration's immigration reform efforts, said many members of
Congress had said they could support immigration reform, but only after
border security improved, Napolitano said.
"Fast forward to today, and many of the benchmarks these members of
Congress set in 2007 have been met," she said in a speech to the Center
for American Progress, a liberal think tank.
She cited construction of 600 miles of border fence and the hiring of
more than 20,000 Border Patrol agents. Illegal immigration has also
fallen sharply because of better enforcement and the economy.
"I've been dealing hands-on with immigration issues since 1993, so
trust me: I know a major shift when I see one, and what I have seen
makes reform far more attainable this time around," Napolitano said.
Congress passed tough immigration enforcement legislation in 2006 that
called for building 700 miles of border fences and barriers. Immigration
critics have said the fence has not been built with double layers as the
law required and is not all fencing.
"How can they claim that enforcement is 'done' when there are more than
400 open miles of border with Mexico, hundreds of thousands of criminal
and fugitive aliens and millions of illegal immigrants taking American
jobs?" said Rep. Lamar Smith of Texas, the top Republican on the House
Judiciary Committee, which oversees immigration and border issues.
Napolitano said the immigration and border security improvements are
not enough. "The laws themselves need to be reformed," she said.
Obama has repeatedly said immigration reform is a priority, although it
has been pushed further down the list as he has taken on the economy and
health care reform.
Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., has said he would introduce legislation
by early next year. New Jersey Sen. Bob Menendez, who heads the Senate
Democrats' campaign arm, has said immigration reform must be done by
March or it won't be taken up until after the 2010 elections.

Again, federal and local law enforcement agencies understand that illegal immigration equals gangs and a high crime rate. Since 2005, ICE has arrested more than 8,000 immigrant gangsters from more than 700 different gangs under an initiative known as Operation Community Shield.
States like Maryland and counties like Montgomery County that "welcome" illegal immigrants have seen a big increase in gangs and crime. Local law enforcement agencies that shun involvement with immigration law enforcement are missing an opportunity to protect their communities. Every law-abiding citizen should be in revolt and demanding that these elected politicians be removed from office. This is a "National Crisis" and must be addressed.

Chris Van Hollen is up to his usual tricks again--blaming Republicans for everything and trying to divide people. He spends little time in the 8th District representing the legal tax-paying Montgomery County citizens. He is out recruiting more Democrats across the nation and pushing a "divide and conquer" political agenda.
Maryland Rep. Chris Van Hollen, the House Democrats' chief fundraiser, said Thursday his Republican counterparts are using "shadowy organizations" to skirt campaign finance laws and target Democratic candidates nationwide. "There are these shadowy groups out there who can spend an unlimited amount of unaccountable money," Mr. Van Hollen said in a newsmaker interview with The Washington Times. "That is what Freedom's Watch is geared up to do."
What does he think the Democrat Party does with hundreds of millions of dollars? I say that Van Hollen cannot handle the truth and wants to limit free speech. He wants everyone who does not agree with him to just go away. Well, Chris--why don't you go away? You are very partisian and a very left-leaning liberal. You feel that you are safe in the 8th District and can do anything you want while those who live in Montgomery County have to put up with your nonsense. I suggest that you "move on" with your liberal Move-On.org organization.

Elected Democrat officials in Congress are playing with America's future due to politics and wanting to win an election. They put their party ahead of the average taxpayer. They created the rules and policies of Freddie and Fannie and have allowed the market to use "no money down, no pay check, and no common sense" to ruin the financial system. They created a system where their friends made millions of dollars at taxpayer expense.

Governor Martin O’Malley has selected to spend hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars on illegal immigrants and telling legal Maryland citizens who are employed by the state to “take a hike”.
Gov. Martin O'Malley in his budget plan Wednesday proposed laying off 700 state employees to battle a $2 billion deficit. Mr. O'Malley, a Democrat, submitted a $14.4 billion operating budget for fiscal 2010, which is 1.3 percent less than the 2009 budget. "This budget is by necessity very, very lean, because of the challenges of these times -- the contraction of the national economy, indeed, the global economy," he said.
What happened to the billion dollar surplus that Governor Ehrlich left when he was voted out of office? Where has the fiscal responsibility of this Governor gone? Why are state and local elected officials spending hundreds of millions of dollars on illegal immigrants, CASA de Maryland, and other illegal-alien groups?
If the General Assembly approves the budget, the 700 layoffs would save about $30 million. Maryland has about 80,000 state employees, who will not be getting salary increases under the budget plan. Mr. O'Malley's budget proposal is working on the assumption Maryland will receive $350 million in federal stimulus money to support Medicaid spending, and the governor pointed out that the state could end up receiving more.
The budget plan also will use about $255 million from the state's Rainy Day Fund, keeping about $687 million on hand. About $45 million will be used for the 2009 shortfall, and $210 million will go toward the fiscal 2010 budget. The budget plan will leave a balance of about $46 million to help offset any more revenue write-downs, if the economy continues to falter. Maryland is facing future budget deficits of $600 million to $713 million in coming years.
Governor O’Malley is robbing the Maryland taxpayers and spending money designed for roads and other state projects to pay for programs for illegal immigrants and special interest groups. In two years we have a choice to remove him from office and elect a Governor who will put the taxpayers of Maryland ahead of the illegal immigrants and their like-minded groups.

Happy Thanksgiving
Hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving. We in the United States have so much to be thankful for in our lives. We will to be with our families and rejoice in all that God has given us in our lives. We are blessed to be in the United States where we have freedoms and the basic needs for a modern society.
We in the US take so much for granted. We have 24/7 electricity, 4G connections, roads, airports, and so much more in our country infrastructure. We need to ensure that we teach our kids our national history, both good and bad. We must teach the values of a democracy and that the federal government cannot run our lives, but we as individuals are in charge. Look at the recent elections, the people spoke.
Be thankful this year for what we have, our families, the opportunities we have, and the country where we live.

Iran continues to fund terrorists who are killing American soldiers. We have been saying this for years, yet the current administration will do nothing about it.
